The Team in Morocco

The guard is the first face that the children, the staff and the visitors meet when they arrive at the Fiers & Forts Center. In addition to ensuring safety and respecting sanitary protocol, they participate fully in the dynamics of the Center, through their welcoming and caring posture.

The cleaning manager is present every day in the various shared spaces of the Centre. She is responsible for keeping the environment clean and is also an important presence for the children. She teaches and shares with both the younger and older children the habits needed to maintain a healthy, clean, and harmonious home.

The team of gardeners is responsible for the outdoor spaces, the permaculture vegetable garden and the educational farm. They take care of the animals, the plantations and the crops, and pass on their knowledge to the children. Their passionate work allows all the Fiers & Forts to eat healthily, to live serenely, in a harmonious environment.

The chefs, assisted by the kitchen assistants, prepare healthy and balanced menus daily for all the children, the staff and occasionally for visitors to the Center. The team transmits many values, techniques and delicious recipes to the children, in addition to creating real vocations for some.

The educational team is committed to the children, day and night, 365 days a year, to accompany them in their development throughout their time at the Center. The educator is attentive to the individual needs of each child, through follow-up and support in school, daily life and the animation of artistic and sports workshops. The educator is also the mediator between the Center, the school and the families.

They guide and coordinate the work of the educational team, take part in the organisation and collective dynamic, and act as a key link between the management and the team. They are also responsible for creating the various programmes and for an important mission: liaising with the court to welcome new Fiers & Forts.

At CFF, committee leads are also educators.

The management implements the decisions taken by the Board of the Association. For almost ten years, it has been providing a positive and benevolent dynamic every day. It is attentive to the cohesion of the teams and to the physical and moral well-being of everyone. She is the guarantor of the philosophy and values of the CFF and accompanies the teams to live this ethic.
